What is The Dashboard System?

The Dashboard System is a comprehensive tool to manage all aspects of your business or project online.

How does it work?

The Dashboard System is web-based software that works hand in hand with your site, delivering content via the Iventa secure content delivery network. Content is delivered in an XML format, and can fill your site with anything from news content, photographs, video, contests, surveys and much more.

Do I need to learn any technology?

If you can use Yahoo! or Hotmail, you can use The Dashboard System. All content is managed through familiar folder-based screens that require zero technical knowledge to operate.

How will I learn how to use it?

The Dashboard System is equipped with convenient online documentation that is available from any computer with an internet connection. In addition, all Dashboard System customers receive a thorough one hour introductory session with a qualified Iventa Representative.

How much does it cost?

Your Iventa Sales Rep will help you select the package that is right for you. All packages are priced like a cell phone bill, where you will be allocated what you feel is an appropriate usage level, followed by "overage charges" if necessary.

Why is there an overage charge?

These charges ensure clients will not abuse The Dashboard System to run high-volume sites while only paying for entry level packages. The Dashboard System is a very robust system, competitive with any backend system on the market - usually costing 10 or even 100 times The Dashboard System's fee. Let's face it; if you want to run EBay, you have to pay EBay money, or at least something similar.

What Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept MasterCard or Visa for auto-payment. We also accept check payments, however a credit check may be required.

Can I use The Dashboard System with my existing web hosting company?

The Dashboard System was designed to work with any hosting platform. Iventa provides a complete set of pre-configured XSL style sheets to aid your installation. If you are on a Microsoft server, Iventa also provides a complete set of parsers; however, if you are on any other type of server, you will need to write your own XML/XSL parsers.
