The Dashboard System is licensed on a monthly basis, which covers the cost associated with creating, maintaining and hosting the powerful software that comprises all of the Dashboard System applications and features. The licensing also covers our professional team of programmers who are constantly working to upgrade and improve the Dashboard System at no additional cost to you. Finally, the licensing & hosting fee covers the cost of maintaining the massive Dashboard System server farm, the multiple specialty servers and the enterprise-class SQL Database Servers.
Transaction fees apply to each transaction processed through your online store and are assessed differently depending on which Dashboard System package you license. These fees help support the cost of hosting your storefront, using our platform, and conducting transactions on the Dashboard System infrastructure.
As you experience higher ecommerce volume, you should investigate more advanced Dashboard System packages, such as the Professional Package or the Enterprise Package.
The transaction fee for Memberships and Subscriptions is higher than the standard ecommerce transaction for the simple fact that most memberships last an entire year. Over the course of that year, a much higher degree of support and infrastructure resources are consumed via the Dashboard System. From our experience, paying members demand a significantly higher level of responsiveness, support and use and rely heavily on the system. This surcharge ensures that we can provide your organization with the tools, resources and support to allow you to operate a highly successful membership or subscription service.
The Dashboard System account setup fee covers the cost of setting up your logon account, website, database and default settings on the Iventa network. The account setup fee is the same for all pricing packages.
Account Administrators are individuals you grant access to operate and/or modify your Dashboard System account. You can grant specific access priveledges to each administrator you assign. Iventa limits the number of concurrent administrators you can assign to prevent abuse of the Dashboard System. If you have questions about this feature, please contact your sales consultant.
The Dashboard System can synch with third party applications and databases in real-time or on a batch basis. Integration requires a small hourly integration fee from the professional Iventa integration team. We limit data replication, especially real-time, to our largest customers due to the high level of support required and the added load on our servers and databases.
Enterprise Package customers and Professional Package customers who choose to upgrade are provided with their own dedicated high-power web server. The dedicated server is important for extremely high volume ecommerce websites, particularly those who plan on offering limited run sales and exclusive items. A dedicated server ensures other customers' needs will never conflict with the performance of your web server during critical moments.
Enterprise Package customers and Professional Package customers who choose to upgrade are assigned a dedicated, knowledgeable account manager to see to their every need. Our account managers are here to assist your team with usage questions, integration issues, marketing advice and to ensure you are using the Dashboard System to its fullest capacity.
The Dashboard System Packages are segmented by usage - meaning pricing is segmented by estimated usage of system resources. In order for Iventa to maintain and improve the Dashboard System, it's important to ensure customers are not abusing the system and trying to run a large-scale ecommerce site using the entry template package. The Dashboard System supports all major gateways, including Verisign Payflow Pro, Authorize.net, Paymentech, Payment Resources, Bank of America and many more. You can use an existing merchant account or have your Iventa sales consultant walk you through setting up a new one. We'll help you choose the merchant account that best suits your business needs. Once set up, your merchant account will direct deposit credit card receipts to your bank account.
